Privacy Policy
What this site does and does not do with your data. It is a short policy because there is genuinely very little to describe.
These are static pages
Stockholm Archipelago Tours is a set of static HTML pages. There is no account system, no login, no comment form and no database. No first-party cookies are set and no analytics runs on these pages.
What this site does not collect
This site collects no name, no email address, no payment details and no location. Nothing you do on these pages is stored here. If you email us, we hold that message so we can reply to it, and nothing more.
Third parties, and exactly when they are involved
Three third parties can be involved, and only in specific circumstances.
- Viator and GetYourGuide. When you click a booking link, you leave this site for their platform. They set their own cookies and apply their own privacy policies, including a tracking code that tells them the referral came from us.
- Google Maps. The map on this site does not load until you click to load it. Until you do, nothing is requested from Google and no cookie is set. That is deliberate.
- Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. These verify that we own the domain and report aggregate search performance. They do not identify individual visitors to us.
Your hosting provider's logs
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses. Those are held by the hosting provider for security and diagnostics. Those logs are never used to build a profile of you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data an organisation holds about you, and ask for it to be corrected or erased. In our case the answer is almost always that we hold none, unless you have emailed us. To ask, or to have an email thread deleted, use the address on our contact page.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it. See also our affiliate disclosure.
